Re: genesis design

I just saw that Gaphor already does Python code -> UML.  I still have to
look at its source code, but it looks really promising.  Ideally we
would just wrap Gaphor's implementation for this transformation.

There's some blur with what I said what the internal model should be.  I
can see that it doesn't make sense to only store classes and the likes
in the model.  We need ways to represent diagrams other than class diagrams.
