okay, i've committed this on the 1.3 release branch.  i can revert it on
the tag, if folks feel strongly that it should be reverted... although the
change is only replacing a corrupt .doc file (and the related transform
output) that is used in the unit tests; i'd be inclined to leave it,
myself.
