ArchGenXML and runalltests.py/framework.py

Hi,

Currently, ArchGenXML has its own copy of ZopeTestCase runalltests.py 
and framework.py.

This imply they do not get the last fix/improvements made on the Zope trunk.

What do you think of replacing the copies in the repo with svn:externals 
to svn.zope.org trunk ?
