[CompoundField][FileSystemStorage] compoundfield separators are unallowed characters in filename under windows

Hi,
I'm searching a solution to use FSS with CompoundField under windows. When FSS
dump a field on the filesystem it's filename sounds like that:
  uidnumber_fieldname
or with CompoundField:
  uidnumber_fieldname|fieldname:widgetnumber

But '|' and ':' are unallowed characters in windows filenames.

It's easy to move from '|' to another with COMPOUND_FIELD_SEPERATOR in config.py
but there's nothing for ':'.

I propose to move COMPOUND_FIELD_SEPERATOR to '@@' in a Zope3 way and ':' to
'$'.
