What is an "ISchemaConsumer/Supporter" in contrast to
an "ISchemaProvider"?

Maybe, you want to express "I am using a schema" via an interface.
In this case, "ISchemaUser" might be an appropriate term.
However, I still do not understand why you want to use an interface
to express this.
