ArchGenXML: issues/32 patch

Hi,

I just submited a patch that stop the insertion of a term called 
"default" against this ticket, "ATVocabulary vocabularies generated in 
code get unwanted default entry":

the insertion is caused by this piece of code in template/Install.py

atvm[vocabname].invokeFactory(vocabmap[vocabname][1],'default')
atvm[vocabname]['default'].setTitle('Default term, replace it by your 
own stuff')

that arrives in the product's Install.py and gets run against each vocab 
unless it is a VdexVocabulary.

As far as I can tell, ATVocabularyManager doesn't support marking a 
vocabulary with a default term. If default term support ever lands 
ATVocabularyManager a "vocabulary_default_term" can be added to support it.
