Models of information

Hi,

As some of you will already know, I'm very interested in models of
information and the semantics of such models. I'm not sure though if
you're aware of some of the articles I've produced on these and I offer
them as interesting reading:

As you may gather, I'm very opposed to any deviations from the RDF
standard (apart from quads, which were a terrible ommission).

I'm also someone who is implementing an RDF system at the moment. It will
work using a pluggable triple store so that triples matching certain
criteria are placed in certain storage systems (internal BTree store, Jena
server, external RDBMS etc). I am hoping to hook this system into
Archetypes as a storage layer, pushing all content into the store.

I have also developed the RDF-TALES specification which I hope to have
implemented in OpenTAL. See

Anyway, just a little introduction piece. I welcome all attempts such as
this, however I feel that its very tempting for groups to second-guess the
standards erroneously and I wouldn't want that to happen.
