TopicMaps support

Hello Ticle-Team,

I'm very interested in the TopicMaps support. Could you please send me 
the source of the prototype (i read, Simon made one, right?). - I 
couldn't access cvs.sf.net as anonymous (they have often problems with 
their server as you might know).

Maybe i add a kind of little intro to myself if you dont recognize my 
name on the first look... i was also in Paderborn but unfortunately 
haven't joined your team cause i helped the DZUG migration team. And i 
considered myself to be too newbie to dive into this development, which 
might not be true :) so i regret my restraint now...
...but anyway i go for it now.

I read the proposal in the dev wiki and i like the approach to make it a 
core functionality. I tried also GNOWSYS which is a more academic 
approach to TM and of course ztm but it had problems with XTM import. I 
really want to have TM support asap so i started a little bit myself...
But as now ticle came up i want to contribute to this approach of course.
