Its a non-backwards compatible, confusing and under-powered version of the Pagelets (PLIP11) and View Schema's proposal (PLIP to be written) that will leverage the semantic structure I'm introducing in my 'Region' id set proposal. I'll write more about the pagelets system in a more detailed version of my proposals for the 2.x series development goals. Should post it next week.
