you're reminding me that logo isn't a real proper name - it should be

uhm thats your problem not ours ;) we can't force users to use the 
templates what they're inteded to do. this is where we'd need the 
pagelets tool - you'd remove global_skinswitcher and add a pt that 
reflects your stuff.
