RE: moving pathbar and personalbar problem

Ok here is the screen shot.  Basically When the personal bar and path
bar are below the logo they stretch all the way across the screen.
However as you can see from the screen shot when I use css to move them
up next to the logo they only go part way across the screen.  So my
question is how do I get them to be like they would be when they are
below the logo?  I hope that is clearer.  If not let me know and I'll
try to re-word it.
