content menu is missplaced

Hi there,
on IE 6 the contentmenu dropdown is missplaced on a number of the sites 
we have ported to Plone 2.0
please see the attached png

The texts "Neuen Artikel hinzufÃ¼gen" and "Satus Sichtbar" you can see 
above home belong into the content bar.

As soon as I click on one of the texts it drops to the correct position.

Can anybody give me a hint how to fix that?
