The NNgroup know what they are doing, but they also know to charge for
it. I attended their first Usability World Tour in 2000 and was very
happy i did. It was very rewarding.

They are not gurus, but professionals (good ones too). They are not
charlatans, but do what many others do, and even more would like to if
they could pull it off : Charge a truckload of money for services
worth somewhat less (Basically the same thing CA has built their
business on, (since we are talking foundation...) except i believe CA
has traditionally had a much wider gap between price and value.) ...
;)
