IE6/win pushes background image down

Hi--

I'm having difficulty with ie6/win pushing my background image down 
about 25px in #portal-top (plone 2.0.4). This is the only browser that 
seems to create this problem but unfortunately it's the browser most of 
my visitors use. Is there a simple solution to this issue or some 
workaround I can use? I can't seem to find anything that corrects it. 
(The other elements on the page appear where they are supposed to; the 
background image is the only thing affected.)
