Recent changes in IE concerning CSS

Hi,

is it possible that IE changed its behaviour with the Security Pack 2 oder
some other recent upgrade? 

A background image in Plone in the Logo area is _under_ the Logo but _over_
the search box and the usability-boxes "small text" etc.
