Hi Parimal,
There are two things you might consider:
First, when Publishing new content, content is only in the "visible"
state. However, it's still accessible if a person knows the exact URL.
If you ensure you have default directory index files, that should not be
a problem, as this content wil also not show up in any searches. Only
persons with the role of Manager or Approver can "publish" content to
the public. After that, owners can't make changes.
You might also take a look at a product in the collective called
EnSimpleStaging. I believe this will allow a team to stage an entire
body of work, allowing you to publish an entire revision of a section of
content at once. It was recommended to me. Although I have not used this
particular product, I've used others like it and they've worked, and I
plan to start testing it. The EnSimpleStaging product from Enfold might
be another option for you.
I'm always glad to help a fellow plone neophyte. :-)
Kurt

Hi kurt,
Thanks for your help. did u understand what my problem is? in short
once again I let you know.
team Members when edit/add the website content it should not
reflected directly to public unless someone approve it.
in my case website content is in one folder and both team members and
public are accessing the same folder.
I will send u my URL soon as I am working on it right now. by the time
if u can please send me some suggestion, it will a great help for me.
thanks,
parimal
