DIYPloneStyle 1.0.1 and Plone 2.1 custom skin product tutorial

Hi all,

I'm pleased to announce the release of DIYPloneStyle 1.0.1 and
the publication of its associated tutorial on plone.org.

DIYPloneStyle is a skeleton product to start from when writing a new
visual design for Plone 2.1.
It defines a filesystem-based skin which will show up in the skin
selector in Plone and makes use of the ResourceRegistries.

See HISTORY.txt for details about latest changes.

With the time, the product documentation quickly turned into a
comprehensive tutorial, and I decided to publish it in the documentation
section on plone.org.
