Thanks for the info!

The fix works great in Firefox (Moz), but does something super-weird in 
IE (6): it displays the page at the correct width for just an instant, 
and then widens the portal to fit the page! God I hate MS. If anyone has 
a clue about why this is happenning, please reply.
