okay - so should the UI Cookbook be moved to /documentation?

yes ... a python css parser would rock - we could use it for a new css 
system for 2.5 or 3.0 (because dtml sucks).

good idea - but do we give them support css or templating wise? or both? 
  i don't really have expierence with customized plone 1 sites, so i 
think i'm rather the "move your design to a proper css driven design" guy.
