defining "any browser"

Hey all, Now that I'm partially responsible for making Plone work in "any browser", I'm discovering just what a big pita that is. I think it will help to define what we mean by "any browser", and prolly what we mean by "work" as well. The latter will be easier than the former, I think. RE: "any browser" ... what I have in mind is a (loooong) list of browsers/versions/OS's that we can test against.
