Thanks for your Answer,
the screeshot was done using mozilla. However we have the same Problem 
with  IE6 (alltough not that bad)
We did change quiet a number of files. I was hoping that somebody could 
tell me what parts of plone (CSS, templates) controll the layout of the 
content bar.
