right. so i tested it a bit, and ie 6 crashed on the css3 stuff. well 
thats not so important anyway.

overall, i'd really like to use it, but there's something which makes it 
  undependable for us: disable activex scripting or normal scripting, 
and you turn out to have a _blank page_ or a page _without_ that 
functionality.

in the end, it's just usable for :focus, which we use on the forms, if 
we're checking if scripting is turned on. and seriously thats not worth it.

would've been too nice... could've had a big impact on the cleanliness 
of our markup...
