it's the perfect place for this question ;) because this mailinglist 
exists for such answers (and for a few other things).

it's actually not possible from a normal document. it's planned to have 
an id per object/template though, but we need unique ids for that first.

but for now, you can create your own archetype document 
(http://plone.org/documentation/archetypes/)  that allows you to enter 
css stuff aswell as normal html.
