just a small note: template changes for designs/layout are *bad* ;)

create different skins which have all different version of the files you 
need on the section.

and then switch the skin for a folder with an access rule (create a 
python script and then an access rule that uses it) that uses 
context.changeSkin('super_bloated_skin')
