communication about updates to hotfixes

We had a user complaining recently saying they couldn’t delete some page on a plone site.

There was a corresponding error in the log, and after some googling I found following explanation:

That info led me to:

where I found out there is a recent upgrade to the latest Plone hotfix (1.3).

Thanks for all the hard work keeping Plone secure, but maybe you can communicate about updates to hotfixes more prominently?
Of course its unpractical to publish every fix in some Plone package in the newsgroups etc., but these hotfixes have to be applied to all Plone installations, and so issues in these packages impact everyone…
