Plone.org update: front end configs, country redirs in particular

Good Morning,

Since my last update re: "Plone.org is back", several folks have contributed
to re-building plone.org:

(- And before my update: SixFeetUp replaced the disk in our server \o/.
Thank you.)

- I have redeployed NGINX in a non-confusing location on the server,
restored basic functionality, alerted authorities and interested parties,
and checked the config in to GitHub: https://github.com/plone/plone-org-nginx

- Sean "nutjob" Kelly added redirects from www to the naked plone.org domain
for both http and https.

- David Glick suggested a bug fix and restoration of the /login_form
redirect to https.

Please help restore the remaining important functionality by examining the
historical configuration here:

And comparing it with the current production config:

(I am particularly looking for a volunteer to "own" the country redirects
which I know nothing about.)

Thank you,

Alex

P.S. Also note the HAProxy config is here:
https://github.com/plone/plone-org-haproxy. So our new setup is roughly
Cloudflare -> NGINX -> HAProxy -> (8) Plone.
