Hi to all, Allow me to step in, as it seems that almost everybody in the Plone world missed my last week post to plone-devel<http://plone.293351.n2.nabble.com/New-plone-org-project-update-td7566467.html>. As Ramon (and my post) explained, from now on I will take care of the work made by the Plone Web Team because Ramon is joining the FWT recently. Like Ramon explained in this thread, a lot of work has been done by the Plone Web Team in the last months, however, as everybody knows, it's hard to push things in the Ploneland. The reasons are obvious, we are not living in the best case economical scenario and everybody is taking care of their monthly income and find time to be actively involved in the community is hard. Very hard. Not solely the web is being affected, but lots of projects in Plone world. I don't think I have to mention them. It's great to have such a push from the marketing sprinters these days, but the fact that no ones volunteer to help the Plone Web Team to make the project a reality when I asked for it... well, I remember the Liz's, Matthew's and Eric's talk in Arnhem. Do you? I haven't seen anybody answering Ramon either. Anyone? Let's communicate between Plone Teams, let's talk about making things happen. And please, let's do it together. I'm already in contact with Eric Rozeboom and we will have an appointment shortly and try to address all these things. If anybody wants to join us, everybody is invited. Cheers, PD: The Plone Web Team *still* need hands.
