I'm +1 for removing it: user don't understand this and it has some limit:

* it will display all profiles (too much, and also uninstall profiles are shown)
* some add-ons (some versions of flowplayer for sure) displays two
profiles with an identical name.
* for old add-ons: if some operations are executed inside the
Extenstions/install.py/install function and then the method itself
call for an install profile, the flag will simply run the profile.
