The Plone Board open hangout is now open at http://tinyurl.com/ns8cbx6



The Plone Foundation Board of Directors invites you to an open,
non-business, meeting of the board. We'll conduct it as a Google Hangout
"on air" tomorrow (Thursday, Sept 12) at 20:00 UTC (4pm EDT, 1pm PDT).

The hangout is meant for an opportunity to talk about the board and what
the foundation does. If you've any interest in joining the board, this is a
great opportunity to ask current board members what's entailed.

We'll post the URL for the hangout as soon as its established. Watch for a
note on these lists, or look in the channel header for #plone-board.

Only the first 10 to join the hangout will be able to talk. After that,
you'll basically be watching a youtube live broadcast. If you can't speak,
please post questions and comments to the #plone-board IRC channel.

Hangout hints:

1) If you've poor connectivity, turn off your camera and just participate
by voice.

2) Watch to see if you're muted after joining the hangout. After a certain
number, participants are automatically muted, and must click their mute
button to be heard. (You should only have to do that once.)

3) If you have any background noise at all in your environment, use a
headset.
