Hi,

The UI teamed developed this great hit-list of the top things that make plone harder to use.
see https://trello.com/b/h8J1evdp/the-plone-ux-hit-list-beta

This sprint I'd love to pick off some projects to get rid of some items from these lists.
There are plenty more items on the hit-list that it would be good for people to step up and work on

#1 for editors are issues related to default pages being confusing including it not being obvious when you are editing a folder vs a default page.
Talk on how to fix this has kicked off on the UI team list - http://plone.293351.n2.nabble.com/how-to-fix-quot-Not-obvious-how-to-edit-publish-folder-when-it-has-a-default-page-quot-td7568001.html
but if you've got ideas come and see me at the conference.
Most likely the solution is not to change to using everything folderish but rather change the UI to make the concept of default pages more obvious.

- #1 for siteadmin "not obvious to use sharing and workflow together for complex workflows" - some changes that could be made to sharing tabs and workflow to make them less confusing?

- #1 for integrators is "hard to discover or share themes" - I'd love to see a peer-to-peer theme browser built into p.a.theming so any plone site could share its themes via a RSS or json url, and any other plone site could subscribe, browse and download those themes.

- #2 for integrators is "Can't quickly change a translation via configuration" - anyone up for a TTW translation tool that allows you to create site specific translations? ala facebook?

There are heaps of ideas of what needs your help on the lists. If you're wondering what to sprint on this weekend at the conference (or another upcoming sprint), read the list and get inspired.
