Can Plone run properly with zope.tal 3.6.1?

I found an issue on one of our add-ons. Sometimes we get an
"zope.tal.htmltalparser.NestingError:"

It seems related to the Python version (Python 2.6 only).

On Python 2.7 (at least python 2.7.5) this error will not be triggered
because something has been fixed on Python core (see
http://bugs.python.org/issue670664).

zope.tal 3.6.1 has a fix for this bug. Using version 3.6.1 and Python
2.6 will fix the error!

I'm wondering if Plone can work properly with this version of
zope.tal. Loogin at changes it not seems very different.
