Sorry, I was very clear.

What I meant was the names of the styles that appear in the drop down in tinymce.

ie this kind of list.

Heading|h2
Subheading|h3
Literal|pre
Discreet|span|discreet
Pull-quote|blockquote|pullquote
Call-out|p|callout...

This is something that is a choice a theme creator makes (or plugin developer) about what styles should be able to be used by a content editor.
ie this issue https://trello.com/c/dtDsunyb/9-not-possible-to-add-custom-styles-to-tinymce-s-style-menu-when-activating-a-diazo-theme

Oh, sorry also thought of usecase it would be nice to improve in plone5 tinymce.
https://trello.com/c/4iG8SlWd/44-not-possible-to-have-different-tinymce-styles-buttons-for-different-users
I know it contradicts the styles from theme above, and maybe its just an edge case. It is however a question I've been asked before from more than one client.
Consider the case where you want to allow superusers to use embed tabs or red text, but not users adding ploneboard discussion items.

I'm not saying we have to do this stuff for plone5, but if we're rethinking how configuration of tinymce happens, and if someone smart can work out how to make all this work togeather it would be pretty cool.
