Before you start working on a package, please make sure it is added to auto-checkout!

Hi,

we repeatedly run into problems with the coredev builds because people
make changes on a package and forget to add that package to
auto-checkout. (e.g.
https://github.com/plone/plone.app.blob/commit/67935919b330cddb03fda08c81670439a34ab3ca#commitcomment-4625521)

If another developer wants to start working on that package and adds it
to auto-checkout, tests may fail (that have nothing to do with the
commit that does the auto-checkout, which makes them hard to track).

Before you start working on a package, please make sure it is added to
auto-checkout!

@esteele, @bloodbare: Is there a way we can use mr.roboto to notify us
if a package has changes but is not listed in auto-checkout?
