It looks like IndexableObjectWrapper explicitly removes the Owner role from
the list of local roles indexed. Which I guess makes sense, as you don't want
*any* Owner to be able to access it, just the user who is this owner, who is
already added to the list.

I guess we could make an optimisation and check if the current owner (or
user you are adding role for) is already in a group defined for a parent object
(ie. would be added by local role acquisition) and then not necessarily create 
a new group just to add them.

I'm not planning on modifying them. I *think* they should work as they currently
do.

No, I'm not planning to do anything on this. I'm hoping this is a separate issue.
