I made an implementation at
https://github.com/collective/collective.syndication/tree/atom_render_body
The implementation is simple, just a helper method to get the
'content-core' macro and insert it into feeds templates. This is needed
because I can't use the macro directly from feeds templates because of
incompatible mode between xml and html templates...
The macro could be changed to something more generic like main macro if we
want more data or viewlets inside the rendered "body"...
