I think we should remove old way to add mimetypes, export all current
mimetypes into a xml and merge it with additional mimetypes mtrsetup
provides.

Then, maybe we'd rather write a PLIP and include it under Plone 5... ?
This PLIP could also include adding some icons for common types that are
currently missing.

I have no idea if we'd better include dependency in core or if we'd better
move the code into CMFPlone.
