Moving repos from svn.plone.org to git, authors.txt

Hi all,
    I recently moved a package from the now deprecated svn.plone.org to
github and I wanted to keep the authors history.
I didn't find any mapping from the first move of all repos to github
(Rok?) so I started a draft here:

https://github.com/collective/collective.github.com/blob/master/authors.txt

If anyone is concerned about the privacy, please just note thatit's very
easy to get those infos anyway for anybody with a git log.
To all the contributors who are not listed there, please add yourself.
As you can see the syntax is quite straightforward:
{svn nick} = {fullname} <{github email}>

I hope this to be helpful for someone else.
