Searching a collection under Plone 4.3.2

Hello,

Is it possible to search within a predefined collection?

The use case is to have power users prepare collections and end users
refine a search within these collections.

It seems that in Plone 3 there was something about the 'path' request
variable and folders/collections (somehow described in
http://plone.org/documentation/kb/how-to-limit-search/).

But how would you do that in P4?
