multimail in core?

Hi,

I just released a new version of a plugin we made called collective.multimail.
In short it releases Plone of the limitation of only having one MailHost object per site.

However it does slightly more. It opens the possibility, via its support of scripts, to 
- send a single email to multiple different services like twitter or email,
- turn a single email in to a distribution list
- customise hard coded plone emails, for example adding custom headers or footers.

It's turned out to be very useful.

Is there interest in having this or something similar in the core?
