It is good to introduce yourself with your own words and genuine content of
the mail.
Open source is all about  Sharing of own ideas and contributing to the
software with
your own work.

Even the subject of the mail is copied of my previous mail sent to the Plone
Developers mailing list.

The same format of the mail for getting Introduced and actually willing to
contribute
to the community.

Lines of Appreciation are exactly the same. I don't understand why the
people just copy paste the content of other's mails.

It is good to learn and see the other's thoughts and ideas and learn. One
should not copy thoughts and contents of others.

Open Source is open but it does not mean you just copy the things.
