Re: tal:on-error should be removed

-1 for removing tal:error

We have been using it successfully with plone.tiles templates, because 
plone.app.blocks will result an empty white page if there is any errors 
with rendering any tile. (Although, I'm not sure if this has been fixed 
with the more recent blocks releases. We started using block with very 
early alpha and because of a fundamental syntax change in blocks we have 
not managed to migrate yet.)
