May I add my 2 cents to the Plone 5: it is shiny but not very approachable and not very user-friendly. The vertical toolbar on the left sucks. You always have to move the mouse to the left in order to trigger an action, you have to identify the icons and their functionality. Why icons? Just for the sake of being shiny? I showed to the Plone 5 UI to some customers - nobody liked it.
