This is going to be a common problem for folks with sub-sites in both
TinyMCE resource browsing and for things like content pickers (e.g.
related items widget, contenttree).  I think there ought to be some
opt-in mechanism possible (not sure the UI idiom) to allow breaking
out of the navigation root.  How does one represent this in a UI
without confusion?
