André just remembered one: there's no concept of groups on gridster. on collective.cover we want to restrict access to tiles using permissions; this is done by grouping them: you create a row, then add a column and inside the column you add tiles. the whole column access is restricted with permissions (BTW, someone broke this some months ago and we haven't being able to fix it). with this feature you can share the editing process of the front page among many groups of users, for instance (from collective.cover README): "Suppose you are running The Planet, a news site that has a bunch of editors focused on getting news on different topics, like Economy, Health or Sports. If you are the main publisher of the site, you may want to delegate the construction of the cover page of the Economy section to the people working on that content area, but you might not want them messing around the Sports section as well." on gridster you only have a list of blocks that start in some coordinates and have some dimensions. this is really simple and will work for many use cases, but not ours. best regards Héctor Velarde ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Learn Graph Databases - Download FREE O'Reilly Book "Graph Databases" is the definitive new guide to graph databases and their applications.
