you should have a look at
https://github.com/collective/collective.lineage/pull/23
this pull request removes all the p4a.subtyper pain from lineage 1.x.

i like the concept and plugability of lineage. there are some useful
plugins for it: lineage.themeselection, lineage.registry, etc.

it would be awesome, if your cultact.subsite additions go into something
reusable for lineage.
