Use blobs for ATNewsItem field

I've spent a bit of time investigating this pull request and thought I'd
send in a quick report for posterity.

When I tested migrating existing content the server fell over with an
out-of-memory error.  There's also a bug in the committed code which needed
tweaking ( ATNewsItemToBlobNewsItemMigrator<https://github.com/keul/plone.app.blob/blob/master/src/plone/app/blob/migrations.py#L170>

News item images did seem to work OK for new news items.

Unfortunately the approach of creating new objects and thereby loosing the
history would be unacceptable to my client and so I'm not going to be doing
any more work on this pull request.

I've also had a think about adopting the approach recommended in the plone
upgrade guide of simply changing the field.

This is inconsistent with the way plone.app.blob works with File and Image
and might therefore be better in a separate product.  Unfortunately I don't
have time to do figure out all the implications and am instead going to try
adding this to my client's custom product.

I'm sorry I don't have more time to get a solution into the core for this.
