products.contentwellportlets on github

i've created a fork of
https://weblion.psu.edu/svn/weblion/weblion/Products.ContentWellPortlets/ in https://github.com/thet/Products.ContentWellPortlets

Main reason is just to add a uninstall profile.

I'd happy if these changes are re-integrated into the weblion svn
repository or better yet, I'd like to move it over to collective (if
weblion doesn't disagree), but i don't have a proper authors file. If
someone (@esteele?) can translate these svn usernames to github
usernames, I'd rebuild the repository with svn2git and move it.

Unknown svn usernames:

cah190
csw14
ems174
exh5098
hvv5013
lyc5164
msm19
rhp110

Cheers, Johannes
