ZMI manage_main delete fails (reason for failing plone.app.customerize)

Why plone.app.customerize tests are failing: It checks if customizations are deleted correctly by functional testing with testbrowser. A click on "Delete" button in manage_main (the old DTLM one form ODF.ObjectManager) results in a 404. Its not releated to plone.app.customerize! After firing up a Plone instance I clicked through ZMI. Everywhere in manage_main the "Delete" has no effect (or results in an error). So it is a general problem. I was not able to figure out why. Any ideas?
