Plone is now jQuery 1.9 compatible

Recently I've made some changes to Products.CMFPlone 4.3.x,
plone.app.jquerytools master and the plone.app.jquery 1.9 branches as
well as some add-on products to make the whole stack compatible with
jQuery 1.9, of course while still supporting jQuery 1.7. Older versions
of jQuery aren't supported anymore, but since Plone 4.3 we depend on
jQuery 1.7 anyways.

With all those changes the Plone 4.3 tests go green together with
plone.app.jquery 1.9! See:

Of course Plone 4.3 will still ship with plone.app.jquery 1.7. jQuery
1.9 would most likely break too many add-on products. But from my point
of view we should include the reworked plone.app.jquerytools. I already
included it in the buildout.coredev 4.3 branch.

Besides of modernizing the toolset a bit (but jQuery 1.9 is also years
old), the reasoning for this change is that Bootstrap 3 has a minimum
dependency on jQuery 1.9 which I need together with Plone 4.3 on a
current project.
