OK we agree on the problem.
But any attempt at a solution risks becoming http://xkcd.com/927/
I don't think any technology can fundamentally change the community
dynamic. Unless the community dynamic is changing already and the
technology supports a transition which is already underway. But I don't
see that, yet, though I see the need.
